Your Rights & Responsibilities

1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mbajiee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the mbajiee platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

1.2 Supplementary Documents

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and mbajiee. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.3 Language

These Terms are written in English. mbajiee operates in English as its primary service language for the Bangladesh market. Where any translation is made available for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any ambiguity or dispute.

1.4 Effective Date

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026. All prior versions of the Terms are superseded by this version. Players who registered before the effective date are subject to the current Terms from the effective date onwards. mbajiee will endeavour to notify active players of material changes via the registered email address on file.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the mbajiee Platform. mbajiee takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and will conduct age verification checks at registration and at any subsequent point where it deems such verification necessary. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

mbajiee's primary target market is players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the mbajiee Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. mbajiee makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and mbajiee accepts no liability in this regard.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following categories of person are not eligible to hold a mbajiee account or participate in any games or betting markets on the Platform:

• Persons under 18 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the mbajiee Platform.
• Employees of mbajiee or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or contracted service providers.
• Immediate family members of mbajiee employees.
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

2.4 Verification of Identity

mbajiee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where a player's age or identity cannot be verified to mbajiee's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is complete.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one mbajiee account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mbajiee reserves the right to merge or close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mbajiee reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reason to believe that the registration information provided is inaccurate.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs on your account. mbajiee strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Contact support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

mbajiee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All mbajiee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposit amounts, wager amounts, and withdrawal amounts are all expressed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used to denote BDT throughout the Platform.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. mbajiee reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period, provided the account balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified before any maintenance fee is applied. Accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any required verification steps.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mbajiee currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank)

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on mbajiee is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. mbajiee reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in accordance with its risk management procedures. Players who require higher deposit limits may contact support to discuss enhanced account limits, which are subject to successful completion of enhanced identity verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to account verification status and the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. mbajiee reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of the payment method used.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, although mbajiee reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments in accordance with its internal payment procedures.

4.5 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on the mbajiee Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. mbajiee does not store full payment credentials on its servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with the mbajiee Privacy Policy.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

mbajiee operates in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. mbajiee reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player and to suspend or close accounts where AML concerns cannot be resolved to mbajiee's satisfaction. Any suspected unlawful financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, mbajiee offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any promotion-specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. mbajiee reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mbajiee operates a strict zero-tolerance policy in relation to bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Systematic wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk (known as "low-risk wagering" or "bonus hunting").
• Collusion with other players to exploit bonus offers.
• Any other activity that mbajiee, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be exploitative of its bonus system.

5.4 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. mbajiee reserves the right to change game contribution rates at any time.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. A player may not claim a new bonus while an existing bonus is active, unless expressly permitted by the relevant promotion terms. Any unused bonus that a player wishes to forfeit in order to claim a new bonus must be explicitly cancelled via the account settings or by contacting support.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbajiee Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any attempt to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which a wager has been placed via mbajiee.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any conduct that disrupts, impairs, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where mbajiee has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with the prohibited activity; withhold and forfeit the player's entire account balance; and report the activity to law enforcement or other relevant authorities where required.

6.3 Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a bug, technical error, or vulnerability on the mbajiee Platform, you are required to report it immediately to [email protected] without exploiting it. mbajiee takes platform security seriously and appreciates responsible disclosure from members of its player community.

7.1 Ownership

All content on the mbajiee Platform, including but not limited to the mbajiee brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and game content, is the property of mbajiee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game content provided by third-party studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios.

7.2 Limited Licence

mbajiee grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform; use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of mbajiee.

7.3 Trade Marks

The mbajiee name, logo, and associated brand elements are trade marks of mbajiee. You may not use these trade marks in any manner without the prior written consent of mbajiee, including in any domain name, social media handle, or any other digital or physical medium.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your mbajiee account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, mbajiee will process any outstanding withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is a permanent measure and once applied, the account cannot be reopened. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from creating new accounts on the mbajiee Platform. 8.3 Closure by mbajiee

mbajiee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited conduct; maintaining the account poses a risk to mbajiee, other players, or third parties; or where required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Where an account is closed by mbajiee due to a breach by the player, mbajiee reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon closure of your account for any reason, your licence to use the mbajiee Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions) will remain in full force and effect after termination.

9.1 Platform Availability

mbajiee makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available around the clock. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond mbajiee's control. mbajiee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime, interruption, or unavailability.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbajiee shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, even if mbajiee has been advised of the possibility of such losses. In any event, mbajiee's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The mbajiee Platform incorporates games and content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. mbajiee is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in third-party game content. Where a technical error in a third-party game results in an incorrect display of winnings, the correct outcome as determined by the game's server-side logic shall be the authoritative result, and mbajiee reserves the right to void bets or adjust payouts accordingly.

9.4 No Warranties

The mbajiee Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mbajiee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. mbajiee does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your gambling activity remains within your personal financial means and does not have a negative impact on your life or the lives of those around you. mbajiee encourages all players to set and adhere to personal spending limits, to take regular breaks from gaming, and to treat gambling as a leisure activity rather than a source of income.

10.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

mbajiee provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. This decision is irreversible. Players who self-exclude may not reopen their account or create a new one.

10.3 18+ Policy

11.1 Right to Amend

mbajiee reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform functionality, or mbajiee's business practices. Where an amendment is material, mbajiee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the registered email address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

11.2 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the mbajiee Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Where a player closes their account within 14 days of being notified of a material amendment, mbajiee will process any outstanding real-money balance without applying the amended Terms to that withdrawal.

11.3 Version History

The date at the top of these Terms indicates the version currently in force. mbajiee does not maintain a public archive of prior versions of these Terms. 12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. mbajiee operates as a safe and reliable platform and complies with applicable legal requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their country or territory of residence.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and mbajiee, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. The majority of player disputes are resolved at this stage. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our complaints handling department, who will conduct an independent review and issue a final decision within 28 days.

12.3 Language of Disputes

All communications relating to disputes must be conducted in English. Correspondence submitted in any other language may be returned without a substantive response until an English version is provided. mbajiee may, at its discretion, arrange for translation assistance where a player faces a genuine language barrier, but this is not guaranteed.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely achieves the intended effect of the original provision.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the mbajiee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mbajiee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and mbajiee relating to the same subject matter.
